A horrific incident in Delhi’s Rani Bagh has revived painful memories of the 2012 Nirbhaya case after a 30-year-old woman was allegedly assaulted inside a moving private bus. The woman, who was returning home from work at a factory, was reportedly dragged into the bus where the driver and conductor assaulted her for nearly two hours. Her helplessness became evident when she refused hospital admission due to the responsibility of caring for her sick husband and three daughters.
